These records are the bests from all four NCL championships
a – adjusted time from yards.
Some off the best races to watch could very well be the distance ones.
Sonoma Academy’s Joey Johnson is the defending Champ in both the 1600 and 800.
Rincon Valley Christian’s Wes Methum is the defending Champ in the 3200.
Sonoma Academy’s Kheva Mann has the fastest 800 this year by a CMC runner.
All three are entered in all three races.
Good chance we will not see all three in all three but were they do go head to head we should see some good races.
Methum has run 9:32.04 for the 3200 this year and Johnson 9:40.68 so we could possible see the 1982 meet record of 9:41.55 finally fall.
Cloverdale’s Tristen Rege will defend his 200 title and try and add the 100 to his collection.
Sonoma Academy’s Remy Barbiero looks like a good bet to defend both his horizontal wins from last year and try and make it three in a row in the triple jump.
Rincon Valley Christian’s Jacob Worthy is the defending Champ in the high jump but will be challenged by teammate Robbie Leng.
Leng is the favorite in the high hurdles.
The 300 hurdles has Shane Giaccani-Reynolds of Fort Bragg back to defend there.
Middletown’s Colton Hall has the edge this year in the shot but in the discus he will have to get past Willits’s Justin Hawkins.
