2018 incredible marks

Some of the performances that have taken place this year have not been seen in a long time.
Others have never been done before.

With the state meet still to go here is a look at some off the chart marks.

Santa Rosa’s Kirsten Carter has performed on the track this year with some marks that have never been seen before by one of our girls.
In the 300 hurdles she ran 42.68 to take down the record of 43.27 by Wendi Simmons, Santa Rosa 1987.
In the 400 hurdles she ran 62.18 to take down the record of 62.66 by Katie Schukle, Santa Rosa 1996.
In the 200 she ran a legal 24.29 -0.4 to take down her own record of 24.35 +0.7 2017.

It has been 14 years since a boy has vaulted as high as Plattus did this year.
