Mulligan and Searl big winners heading to Winter State meet

First she vaulted at the Reno indoor meet were she scaled 9-4.
Today, 2/1/2020 she won the Dublin “Winter State qualifying” meet with a huge 11-1 vault.
She moved all the way to =10th All-Time in the Redwood Empire and crushed Emely Flores Empire freshman record of 10-2.
