Roads closed on day of track meets

Many roads in Santa Rosa on Saturday will closed.
That day the pro-cycling race Tour of California is going on, the Rose Parade is happening, Farmers Market and more.
Getting to Piner and Montgomery high could be difficult.
Leave plenty of time.
