Woodbridge always produces fast 3 mile times and this year was no exception.

The 2017 version saw Maria Carrillo and Kate Bowen clock times that made big changes to the All-Time list.
Maria Carrillo boys team ran in the rated race and placed 2nd with Ben Lawson finishing in 7th in only the 7th sub 15 minute 3 mile time in the Empire History in 14:52 moving all the way to 5th All-Time.
Teammates Scott Kruetzfeldt 15:13, Will McCloud 15:21, Colton Swinth 15:23 and Zach Lindemann 15:23 all moved into the All-Time top 40.
The boys were 14th out of 102 teams in all races.
The Puma girls placed 3rd in the rated race and 21st out of the total of 110 teams.
Carrillo was lead by Aimee Armstrong 17:16 10th All-Time and Sydnie Rivas 17:22 =12th.
Completing their five scoring runners were Nicole Morris 18:19, Jasmin Hirth 18:24 and Talia Leano 18:49.
Sonoma Academy’s Kate Bowen competed in the Sweepstakes race and finished in 17:23 for 47th moving her to =14th All-Time
