The two younger Bowen girls traveled across the country to Tallahassee, FL and both took home National titles.
Kate Bowen won the 15-16 year old 5,000m race in 18:58 while Taylin won the 9 year old division over 3,000m in 11:37.
Kate will still be in the same division next year.
Taylin’s time is equal to about 12:32 for 2 miles as a 9 year old. She won by over 30 seconds.
