Former Santa Rosa star Cocome McKamey easily, 190 pts ahead, won the CCAA HEPTATHLON.
She is now third on the All-Time Empire list and is qualified for the NCAA II Championships, end of May.
Sonoma State’s Kathryn Rust placed 5th.
