The NCS has approved the H-DNL’s plan to keep 3 sport season’s for this school year.
The H-DNL division will still be able to qualify for all NCS championships for their Spring sports like track but they will not be allowed into their Fall and Winter sports like cross country.

This will probably have little impact on Redwood Empire cross country teams.
I believe all of the H-DNL schools are Division IV or V
In the 2019 Finals only two boys from the H-DNL league qualified on to the State meet.
