Former Montgomery runner Hanne Thomsen was Stanford’s number five finisher covering the 6k course in 20:28.0, a 5:29 mile pace.
Thomsen is only a freshman and finished in 46th out of 161 runners at the ACC Cross Country Championships.
Stanford is back in action in The Golden State on Friday, November 14, looking to punch its ticket to the NCAA Championships with another run at the NCAA DI West Regionals in Sacramento, Calif.
