It is with Hanna Skandera who was the Secretary of Education for New Mexico when this interview happened in 2017.
Hanna was the 1990 CMC cross country champion winning the finals by a huge 1:44.
Her brother, Caleb Skandera, was the 1989 boys CMC champion and is the father of world record holder Daniel Skandera.
Hanna and Caleb’s father is Harry Skandera who coached Rincon Valley Christian to 4th at state in Boys Division V cross country championships in 2018.
