Jack Vanden Heuvel committed to Westmont College Track and Field and Cross Country yesterday (5/18/21) and is thrilled.
Westmont is a small liberal arts college in Santa Barbara – currently in NAIA, but transitioning to ncaa div II in two years (Jack’s sophomore year there).
He had multiple DI offers, but Westmont offered him a very generous athletic and academic scholarship package that he couldn’t turn down.
He currently holds the 2021 Redwood Empire Prep best in 400 51.70, 800 1:55.14 and the 1600 4:15.63.
