Kate Bowen cracks Top 50 All-Time in 1st race

Sonoma Academy freshman Kate Bowen running in her first track race as a high schooler is already bumping runners of the All-Time 1600m list.
Bowen ran 5:11.7 down in Los Gatos on Jan. 14th. That starts her off at 48th All-Time and beat the school record of more than five other local schools.
She passed the 800 in just over 2:31.

Of course this area turns out more great female runners than maybe even wines so she still has a little to go to crack the freshman top 10 list.
