Former Middletown runner Grace Southern, now a sophomore at Shasta College, placed 6th at the California Community College Athletic Association State Cross Country Championships.
Grace ran the 5k Woodward Park-Fresno course in 18:46.
The SRJC men placed 16th, lead by Cloverdale’s Paden Collard in 53rd.
