Former Windsor star Lucas Chung is the newest Empire member of the Stars & Stripes club as he will represent the USA at the Pan Am Cross Country Championships.
Chung was picked as part of our countries team to compete on on February 29, 2020 in Victoria, Canada in the under 20 race.
