What: Make-up HOKA 3200m night of madness!
When: Saturday, Nov 16th from 7:30-8:30PM (warm-ups sand final seeding of heats will be announced 6:30 pm, expecting we’ll have between 3-5 heats total ranging in size of 12-20 athletes)
Where: Maria Carrillo track (6975 Montecito Blvd. Santa Rosa CA 95409)
Cost: $2 per runner (to cover cost of custodians)
Open ONLY to high school level runners

…We’re keeping this pretty simple, no HOKA sponsor, no awards, it’s just an training opportunity to throw down a fast 3200m time to see what fitness level kids are at and potentially, as a tune-up for the upcoming NCS meet. FYI: MCHS will NOT be racing most of our top Varsity athletes very hard; instead I’ll likely be letting them help pace some of our JV runners to PRs…
