The word is that the NCS Commissioner has ruled that this year NCS meet will run on the new course at Hayward and not the course that has been used since 2001.
This years course will be the same as the one used for the 2016 Mariner meet.
The records will not count as it is a substantially different course this year.
Once construction has been finished they will probably go back to the old course.
