Redwood Empire has six make All-American status

The Redwood Empire produced nine marks that qualified them for All-American status in 2024.
Leading the way was Montgomery’s Hanne Thomsen who earned four marks.
Indoor mile 4:45.24, indoor 2 mile 10:17.60, outdoor 1600 4:50.03 and outdoor 3200 9:59.81.
Teammates Seelah Kittelstrom 3200 10:38.37 and Amrie Lacefield 2000 meter Steeplechase 7:09.45 also made it as All-American’s.
For the boys Cardinal Newman’s Santiago Adan discus 181-7 and Jake Joerger shot put 59-2 and Analy’s Owen Foley 300IH 38.25 all made the standard.
California produced 1095 All-American marks placing them second to Texas at 2414.
