…Thanks to many Coaches submitting scratches, we’ll be sticking to our Twilight Invite meet schedule as originally published!
All Field Events: Start times vary between Noon – 5:00 PM as previously published (implement weigh-in starts at 11 AM)
Open Running Events: Starts at Noon, should end ~6:45 PM (following the traditional order of events; there is no fixed time schedule for this section).
6:45 – 7:00 PM Mascot 100m challenge: Please check-in for this event near the 100m start at 6:30 PM, we’ll run 1 heat full of cats and dogs and …?! …No spikes allowed, you must wear your paws or you’ll be DQd!
7:00 – 9:07 PM Invite Section Running Events: We will be following the already published time schedule for this section and will invite everyone down on the track for the 4 x 400m relay finals!
IMPORTANT:
PLEASE HAVE YOUR ATHLETES CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THEIR EVENT; CHECK-IN FOR RUNNING EVENTS WILL BE ON THE INFIELD NEAR THE SHOT PUT AREA TOWARDS THE FRONT-MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE TRACK. CHECK-IN FOR FIELD EVENTS WILL BE AT EACH DESIGNATED LOCATION FOR THAT SPECIFIC FIELD EVENT.
ALL HEATS AND FLIGHTS ARE NOW FINALIZED; ANY ADDITIONAL SCRATCHES WILL RESULT IN EMPTY LANES FOR RUNNING EVENTS; WE ARE NOT RESEEDING HEATS OR FLIGHTS ON MEET DAY!
General Admission is $5 for all spectators; Snack Bar will be open Noon-8PM.
We will be throwing discus on the infield, so please make your athletes aware and not to cross into the flagged area. Please keep your athletes off the infield, unless they are checking in for their event or staged near the starting line, or just finishing a race; we will include 2 Coaches infield passes in your packet.
