Five former Empire runners competed in the NCAA DI West Regional Cross Country Championships.
In the men’s 10k race former El Molino runner Brian Schulz was 42nd (30:46) and Windsor’s Lucas Chung was 136th (32:26) out of 191 runners
Former Analy runner Sierra Atkins was 51st (21:01), Santa Rosa’s Delaney White was 7nd (21:17) and Healdsburg’s Gabby Peterson (90th 21:28) over the 6k course, out of 244 elite runners.
