Santa Rosa’s Ashlin Mallon qualified for the finals of the girls 13-14 year old 1500 meter race by winning her heat in 4:49.95.
It was the 6th fastest time of the day. She finished with a 74.27 final lap and won her heat by over 6 1/2 seconds.
Finals will be on Sunday.
Santa Rosa’s Dacey Faye Howe placed 17th in the girls 15-16 year old pole vault clearing 9-00.25
Ellie Kennedy, Napa Track club, placed 51st in the girls 17-18 year old discus with a 97-7 mark.
