Which 100 was faster?

Kirsten Carter has run two very fast 100’s this year but which one was really better?
Carter holds the standard record at 12.11 from last year but that race does not count on the legal lists because it was considered wind aided with a strong +2.3 m/s wind pushing her along.
Her Windsor Relays victory running against a -2.3 wind may actually be the fastest she has ever run if you take wind into account.
Here is the list of the fastest ever 100’s taking wind into account.
