CLEAR LAKE, WILLITS, MIDDLETOWN, LOWER LAKE at Six Sigma Winery, Lower Lake

It was a scorching 98 degrees in Lower Lake today. The teams ran a new course for cross country at Six Sigma Winery. The 3.1 mile course weaved through many rolling hills. If the runners weren’t going up a hill, they were going down a hill. There were very few flat areas on this course.
