This week running the full mile distance Vanden Heuvel finished in 4:17.20.
They had Lynx timer cameras at both the 1600 meter mark and the 1 mile mark.
At 1600m Vanden Heuvel crossed at 4:15.63.

That moves him to 13th All-Time.
Running a mile on a 400 meter track Vanden Heuvel came through the first 409.35 meters in 62.94 or 61.50 for 400m.
He circled the second lap in 63.94 for 2:06.88 at 809.35 meter or 2:05.42 for 800m.
A third lap of 64.67 and a final lap of 65.66 completed the mile.

The next race of the night was the girls 3200 meter run.
St. Helena’s Harper McClain joined three other California greats to leave the rest of the field behind.
Even though the race was in Arizona all the runners were from California were Invitationals are not allowed at this time.
The pack of four ran together for the first five laps.
McClain lead the group at 800m 2:39.61, 1600m 5:17.33, 2000m 6:37.10 and 2400m 7:56.01.
Only then was Dalia Frias 10:24.79 and Riley Chamberlain 10:27.22 able to pull away from McClain 10:35.57.
