Just wanting to check in with some reminders and updates. NEW INFORMATION IS HIGHLIGHTED IN BOLD:
Please use the attached HyTek Excel spreadsheet AS IT IS SET UP to enter your athletes for Big Cat on Saturday, March 5. Please enter all your athletes.

The deadline for entries is NOON Wednesday, March 2.

The entry fee is $3 per athlete (4 events maximum including relays). There is a $150 cap per school. Make the checks payable to PAC.
Bring your check/cash to the person at Packet Pick-up near the ticket booth/entry gate. A packet will be provided for each team with a roster and a sharpie. Please write on the left hand/arm of the athlete the number that corresponds with their name. We will record the number at the finish line and match the name and number to aid in posting results.
Results will be posted on Athletic.net and redwoodempirerunning.com; complete results will be sent to all the coaches that have entered a team.
Seeding will be done in the bullpen. Please make sure your athletes check into the bullpen for running events and at the venue for field events. LJ/ TJ SP/D will have 3 attempts per athlete. In an effort to move the LJ along more efficiently, we will be setting up open pit time windows for each gender. Girls 9:00 am – 11:30 am; Boys 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm.
The snack bar will be open. There will be an entry fee at the gate for spectators: $5 adults, $3 for seniors and students with ASB cards. Children 5 and under are free.

I am also attaching the meet flyer and registration spreadsheet info for our 7th Annual Field Event Jamboree on Saturday, March 19th.
Look for final meet instructions/registration reminder email by March 1.
