Phyllis Blanchard became Rancho Cotate’s first ever NBL cross country champion with a 17 second margin of victory in 18:34.
Montgomery’s Kim Conley followed in 18:51 for a surprise second place finish.
Shelby Leland of Ukiah gave seniors a rare 1-3 finish in 19:26.
Maria Carrillo’s Junior Amy Robinson (20:13) and Freshman Kristin Sanzari (20:34) took the next two spots to lead their team to a 20 point victory over the Vikings.
Christy Sweaney of Montgomery (20:41) was next followed by Carrillo’s Leanne Fogg (20:49) and Kristin Fladseth (20:58).
Ursuline’s Kelly Lane (21:11) and Santa Rosa’s Lindsay Moylan (21:15) completed the top ten.
