Recently I added new lists that included the best marks ever for dual or tri meets.
A few days ago there was possible the best boys 800 race ever in a dual meet on April 10th.
One reason I like to post these things is when I do fans will let me know of marks I missed.

Former El Molino great Max Broome let me know about a big dual he had back in 1982.
Broome went on to win the Sonoma County League finals and qualify for the State meet after placing 4th at the NCS MOC meet in 1:55.2.
But in a dual meet at Piner’s cinder track on May 3rd, 1982 he defeated Piners Steve Schram 1:58.2 to 1:59.5.
That wasn’t the only outstanding dual marks of the day.
Broome’s teammate Marc Ziblatt won the `1600 in 4:30.2 while Santa Rosa’s Phil Barber won his 1600 against Montgomery at home in 4:35.6.
Ziblatt would also qualify for the State meet.
