Post is a sophomore who recently was named 2nd team All-Empire Cross Country having won the Viking Opener sophomore XC title and running a 10:04.35 3200 track time his freshman year.
Surgeon is a junior who recently was named 1st team All-Empire Cross Country having won the Viking Opener junior XC title and running a 9:58.69 3200 track time his sophomore year.
