It’s a Bird… It’s a Plane… It’s Lily Mulligan.
Maria Carrillo sophomore Lily Mulligan isn’t letting anything stop her from soaring with the eagles.
February 13th Mulligan traveled back down to Jan Johnson’s Pole Vault clinic in Atascadero and in the following competition vaulted both as high legally as an Redwood Empire prep has ever and even higher in a later practice jump.
