Redwood Empire All-Around Updates

We have had some of the greatest girls distance runners this nation has ever had but based just on PR’s Montgomery’s Hanne Thomsen is our best ever.
Thomsen was already #1 for the three distances going into her senior year but her times this year blew those marks away.
